Meet the Founder

Meet The Founder

Madam Martha Kumia Nyampong is the founder of the Christian Anointed School, which was established in 2008.

She is a teacher, fashion designer, and television host. Madam Martha created and hosted her own TV program called the Yewasede Talk Show (Efieastena Mu Nsem).

The program discusses all aspects of life and community issues, and through this work she also became a counselor.

Madam Martha is a well-educated, hardworking woman with a deep passion for children. She is committed to helping kids become academically excellent and morally upright.

She is also a community leader who once contested as an Assemblywoman aspirant in the Weija Gbawe West Constituency.

Through Christian Anointed School, she continues to serve families, support marriages, and help the needy in the community by providing quality education at the pre-school and basic levels.

CHALLENGES

Out of 71 students, we have 25 needy students and some of the needy wants to join
Some Parents are willing to enroll their children, but management cannot accommodate them due to unfinished state of building
Lacks computer laboratory
Developing a sick bay for students
Busing of students in the mornings and evenings
Some of the students lack clothing & footwears (age 1- 14)
There's no school camera to capture the students indoor and outdoor programs
We are appealing to organizations, individuals and philanthropist to support these needful children
We currently have 71 students. Out of this number, 25 students are from needy homes, and more children are hoping to join us.
Due to our unfinished school building, we are unable to admit more parents who are willing to enroll their children.
Other urgent needs include:
- A computer laboratory for digital learning
- A sick bay for basic student healthcare
- School bus for morning and evening student transportation
- Clothing and footwear support for students ages 1-14
- A school camera to document indoor and outdoor programs

We are proud that some of our graduates are currently studying Law and others are in the Medical field.

We have also achieved excellence in both the mental and physical development of our children.

Beyond academics, we have acquired a half-acre of land dedicated to school farming projects to teach students agriculture and sustainability.

We are a growing school with a unique academic approach. We pay particular attention to student and staff welfare and development.

We are fully conversant with the new curriculum introduced by the Ministry of Education. Our teaching style is designed to build child self-esteem and meet the demands of today’s society.

Through this approach, every child becomes a critical thinker, effective communicator, creative problem solver, and confident individual.

We also enhance each child's digital knowledge while teaching them about Ghanaian history, cultural identity, neighboring countries, and the world at large.

At Christian Anointed School, we’ve been doing this since 2008 - with limited resources but unlimited love.

Today we have 71 students, but 25 of them come from needy homes. More parents want to enroll their children, but we can’t because our building is not finished.

Christian Anointed School started with two foundation members named Ivy Nana Oye and Jude Tetteh Sylvester

Ivy is currently in the University Of Health And Allied Sciences studying Bachelor Of Public Health (Disease Control) and she's in the department of Epidemiology and Biostatistics

She went to the Accra Girls' Senior High School, offered General Science and was awarded the most disciplined student. She has always focused on her academic journey, and she became the second runner up in the Miss UHAS pageant show. She has gained good results.
